Supply that starts at once

For distance purchases, UK consumer rules usually give fourteen days to change your mind. With digital content, that right stops once supply begins with your explicit agreement and your acknowledgement that it is lost. Asking for the login to be sent straight after payment is that agreement.

Our own promise

Separately from those rules, IPTV Subscription 4K refunds you, as long as it is within 7 days of paying, if the login never reached you, or when no screen in your home shows a picture after our team has helped. The refund page sets out the steps.
