Everything in 4K
Pictures reach 4K UHD only where the channel or title was made in 4K. Everything else is HD or Full HD, and we tell you so.
About us
IPTV Subscription 4K is an independent team selling fixed-term passes to households in the UK. You pay once, your login comes through within 2 minutes, and the day it finishes is written in that same message. Here is how we work, and where our promises end.

Who we are
We are not a broadcaster, a channel or a television maker, and we have no partnership with any of them. Nor do we publish an app. What we sell is access: a login that opens in players built by other companies, from VLC and Kodi to IBO Player, Smart IPTV, TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro.
We work in English, for homes in Britain, and it shows in the details: the TV guide keeps UK time, the channel list opens with UK categories, prices are in pounds and the passes fit the way British homes watch, from the lounge set to the small TV upstairs. The plans and prices page puts the four passes side by side.
There are no staff names or portraits on this site. The same small team answers your messages, checks the streams in the evening and keeps the guides current, so the advice you get comes from people who use these players themselves.
End dates
A great many TV contracts are designed to roll on until you remember to stop them. We went the other way. Every pass covers a fixed number of months, paid for once, and its end date travels in the same message as the login, so you never need to look for it.
Nothing renews by itself. No direct debit, no card held on file for a future charge, no cancellation phone call. Once the date passes, the login just stops. Want more? Place another order, choose the length afresh and receive new details for the players you already use.
It asks a small effort of you every year or so, and we think that is fair: each payment is a decision you took, on a day of your choosing. Our guide to renewing a pass explains how to time the next order around the date.
Picture quality
Streams are under most strain at the UK evening peak, from about 19:00 until 23:00, and above all at weekends and on big match nights. That is when the largest number of homes press play together, so that is when we look.
In those hours the team opens channels from every UK category on everyday home broadband, on a streaming stick and in a smart TV app, and writes down the time, the screen and the quality each one reaches. The load is spread over several servers in the busy hours, and these checks show which channel needs attention.
What customers tell us carries as much weight as our own checks. If several homes describe the same channel at the same moment, we examine the stream itself. If it is one home, we go over its setup together: the connection, the player, the decoder, the HDMI socket. Crowded 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi in flats and terraced streets comes up again and again in those conversations.
Limits
Some promises are standard sales talk elsewhere. We do not make them, since we could not honour them in every home.
Pictures reach 4K UHD only where the channel or title was made in 4K. Everything else is HD or Full HD, and we tell you so.
That number shifts with what the sources produce, so we never quote one or guarantee 4K for any particular programme.
Nobody controls every home’s broadband. We give no uptime figure; we fix what is ours and help with what is yours.
Each new order brings new details. They go into the same players, but we never promise they will match the old ones.
The site shows no customer reviews yet and will not until real UK customers send some. Our guide on how to read IPTV subscription reviews shows what to check elsewhere.
A login is meant for one home. Passed to another household or published online, it can be suspended.
Support
Help is there 24/7, by WhatsApp and email, and always in English. It covers choosing a pass before you buy, entering the login in a player, a guide that is an hour out, a picture that stutters, the end date and refunds, and the reply comes from a person who can look up your order.
Before writing, two checks fix a surprising amount: restart the router and the player, then run a speed test on the television that is struggling, not on your mobile. The contact page lists what to include for a useful first reply, and the setup page for every device answers most first-evening questions.
Commitments
Day or night, by WhatsApp or email, once your payment has gone through.
Every pass says when it ends, and nothing is charged after that day.
The figure shown on each pass is the full price, settled in one go by debit or credit card or PayPal.
If your login never comes, or no screen in your home plays it even with our help. The refund policy has the detail.
A phone number or email address, the pass and its dates. The privacy policy says how long we keep them.
Menus and prices in the guides are rechecked and dated; the most recent check was on 5 November 2026.
Four passes, one payment each, and a login in your hands 2 minutes after paying. If it never shows a picture at home despite our help, you are refunded within 7 days.
